Add comprehensive tests for execution_registry module
Cover build_execution_registry, case-insensitive lookups, unknown name
handling, MirroredCommand/MirroredTool attributes, empty registry behavior,
and PORTED_COMMANDS/PORTED_TOOLS count matching.
