## Local development

```bash
npm ci
npm run check
npm run dev
```

The production build is static:

```bash
npm run build
```

Public Markdown lives in `content/posts/` and `content/sites/`. Raw research,
private evidence, credentials, and internal material must remain outside this
repository or under the ignored `.research-private/` directory.
